How can I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins if we have availability – it’s always worth checking with us on the day.
Is there parking available at Oxygen?
We do not have any on-site parking available, however, we are located directly opposite Waitrose (2-hours free parking) & Beaconsfield train station. There are also a number of alternative car parks located close to the salon.
What is your cancellation policy at Oxygen?
At Oxygen, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your hair or beauty appointments. A 50% fee may apply for any late cancellations or missed appointments, but we’ll always try to accommodate you as we know sometimes things are unavoidable.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment, our cancellation policy means a 50% charge may be applicable. We completely understand that things come up last minute, so just let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time.
What are your opening hours?

What products do you use in the salon?
We proudly use Aveda products in all our services – naturally derived, vegan, cruelty-free, and gentle on your hair and the planet. We also stock the full range of Aveda home care products so you can keep your hair looking salon-fresh between visits.
Do you have accessibility for wheelchair users?
Yes, we are a single-story salon with flat access throughout. Please contact us ahead of your appointment if there are any special requirements you have and we will always try our best to accommodate.
Do you accept AMEX?
Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX at Oxygen.
HAIR SERVICES
What age do I have to be to get my hair coloured?
Clients must be 16 years or older for all hair colour services, in line with industry guidelines.
What colour brand do you use at Oxygen?
We proudly use Aveda colour, a professional range known for its exceptional performance, vibrant results, and up to 96% naturally derived formulas. Infused with plant-based oils, Aveda colour not only delivers rich, long-lasting tones but also helps protect and condition your hair throughout the colouring process. It’s our way of ensuring your hair looks and feels as healthy as it does beautiful.
Do I need a patch test to have my hair coloured at Oxygen?
Yes — we require a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment to ensure your safety and rule out any allergic reactions. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for this.
Do you ever need models to have their hair cut or coloured?
Yes, occasionally we need hair and beauty models for extended education and training at Oxygen. Please contact the salon on 01494 676180 to enquire about model availability.
How do I know what service to book in for at Oxygen?
If you’re unsure which service is right for you, give us a call on 01494 676180 to arrange a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists — we’ll help you choose the perfect option for your hair goals.
How far in advance should I book in?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred stylist and date for your appointment, ensuring you don’t miss out. If you cannot get in with the stylist of your choice, please let us know and we can add you to the standby list, just in-case they have any cancellations.
What should I do if I am not happy with a service I have had done at Oxygen?
If you’re not completely happy with your service, please give us a call as soon as you can — we’ll chat through what’s not quite right and work out the best, quickest way to get you feeling delighted with your hair. We would always rather know so that we can put it right!

Yes — you can absolutely use your Aveda Plus Rewards account at Oxygen to collect and redeem your points.
